Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please review listings in full before purchase. Please don’t make assumptions. Message us if you have any questions or concerns, or if information is missing/contradictory. In compliance with our consumer laws, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind under any circumstances, and we aren’t liable for goods after shipment. We only refund or replace goods if they are defective, and covered and guaranteed by the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return, your item must also be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. In the event you open, use, or remove items from their packaging, we cannot confirm that it is in the same order as when it was sent and/or received. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, incl. but not restricted to:

  • Gift cards;
  • Sale goods;
  • Perishable goods;
  • Downloadable products;
  • Health and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if at all:

  • Goods that have been opened;
  • Goods with obvious signs of use;
  • Any goods not in its original or saleable condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any goods returned outside of the policy period;
  • Preorders and deposits;
  • Any optional extras, shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and additional surcharges.

All sales final.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may instead receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, a gift credit may be forwarded to you.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping returns

If you need to return your order, please send us an email. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your order, you will need to mail it back to us. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive products, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have successfully received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account or payment method again.

Then contact your payment method company, as some may incur processing delays, which are outside our control.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
